Shipping policy

All orders require 3–7 business days to be processed before shipping.
During holidays, new launches, or sales, processing times may increase to 7–12 business days.

📌 Custom items, personalized orders, and large quantities may require additional time.

Shipping Methods

We ship through:

  • USPS (Primary Carrier)

  • UPS (Used for larger or heavier orders)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier pricing.

Local pickup is available in (El Paso, Tx).
You will receive an email or text once your order is ready.

Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Many of our skincare products—especially body butters—are heat sensitive.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for items melting during transit.

  • Melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness.

  • If melting occurs, place the item in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.

For best results during summer months, choose local pickup when possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS/UPS, We Lit Kreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is listed as “In Transit,” “Delayed,” or “Lost,” we will assist you in filing a claim, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.

Please double-check your address at checkout.
We Lit Kreations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us:

  • You may pay an additional shipping fee to reship

  • Or receive store credit for the product amount (shipping cost is non-refundable)
