At We Lit Kreations, every product is handcrafted with care, intention, and high-quality ingredients. Because many of our items are custom-made or naturally sensitive to temperature, we have specific guidelines to keep everything fair and sanitary for all customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Body butters

  • Sugar scrubs

  • Body oils

  • Beard oils & beard butters

  • Lip Glazee

  • Wax melts & candles

  • Custom ornaments

  • Personalized items

  • Gift sets and bundles

Once the product leaves our hands, it cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To receive a replacement or store credit, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging/shipping box

We will review your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Heat-Sensitive Products (Body Butters & Oils)

We do not replace or refund items that melt during transit.
Please note:

  • Natural butters melt in warm weather

  • Texture changes do not affect product quality

  • Simply place the item in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to re-solidify

During hot months, we strongly recommend local pickup when available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by USPS/UPS, We Lit Kreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is lost in transit (not delivered yet), we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

⏱️ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
